Hi, I’m Estela.
Yoga came into my life through the pursuit of connection and harmony with my body and my inner self.
This curiosity led me to study and investigate the body and movement and to become a hatha yoga instructor specialized in biomechanics and mobility with Margherita Angelozzi in Yoga-Marga (BCN), where I continue studying and practicing.
Due to my specialization, I design sessions through functional anatomy, adapting the postures to all practitioners, focusing on joint mobility to carry out a healthy practice, honoring our anatomical uniqueness.
For all of this, I invite you to focus on yourself and your well-being, letting yourself be guided in a hatha yoga session in an idyllic space like Molí Blanc.
